El cliente se compromete a indemnizar y eximir de responsabilidad a Alisei Hotel Spa de cualquier reclamo resultante del uso que haga el cliente de los servicios de Alisei Hotel Spa que lo perjudique a él o a cualquier otra parte.

Ejemplos de contenido prohibido incluyen, entre otros:

• Software IRC
• Pirated software
• Hacking sites
• Warez Sites
• Torrent sites

Alisei Hotel Spa será el único árbitro sobre lo que constituye una violación de esta disposición. El contenido que no cumpla con estas reglas será eliminado sin previo aviso al cliente.

Commercial

El envío de correo masivo no solicitado (spam) desde cualquier servidor de Alisei Hotel Spa o cualquier servidor en la red de servidores de Alisei Hotel Spa está estrictamente prohibido.

Está prohibida la ejecución de listas de correo no confirmadas y la suscripción de direcciones de correo electrónico a cualquier lista de correo sin el permiso expreso y verificable del propietario de la dirección. Server Abuse

Services not Protected against DDOS

Bandwidth

All bandwidth listings for web hosting, virtual private servers and dedicated servers consist of the sum of the incoming and outgoing bandwidth allocation. Any use of bandwidth that exceeds the total incoming or outgoing bandwidth will result in the automatic suspension of the service.

Unacceptable use
