Cancellation Policy: High Season (Dec - Apr)
- Cancellation 15 days before arrival date: full refund,
no charge, no penal fee.
- Cancellation less than 15 days before arrival date: 2
nights penal fee.
- The modification of a reservation is considered as
cancellation and new reservation. All the cancellation policies apply.
Cancellation Policy: Low Season (May - Nov)
- No penal fee: full refund, no charge.
Cancellation Policy: Holiday & Special Seasons
Se aplica a Semana Santa, Navidad, Fin de Año y fines de semana largos especiales:
- No refund, no credit. The advance deposit and the final
payment are NOT REFUNDABLE and NOT TRANSFERABLE.
- The modification of a reservation is considered as
cancellation and new reservation. All the cancellation policies apply.
- It is not possible to pay the balance of an apartment
by utilizing the deposit of another cancelled apartment.
- Missing the second payment at the established date
implies cancellation of the booking with no refund of the advance deposit.
