Rate Inclusions & Features
At Hotel Alisei, there are no hidden fees. Our rates are transparent and fully inclusive of breakfast buffet, Wi-Fi access, and all government taxes (18% ITBIS and 10% service charge).
- All apartments (except Studios) feature a furnished terrace or balcony with tables, chairs, a sofa, and a hammock.
- All apartments (except Studios) feature a living room with a fully equipped culinary kitchen.
- Every bedroom and studio is equipped with independent air conditioning.
- In-room electronic safe, ceiling fans, flat-screen satellite TV, and direct telephone.
- Direct ADSL and high-speed wireless Internet connection is free in all residences.
Extra Occupants: Extra people, where permitted, pay a supplement of US$ 35 per night and are accommodated in single sofa beds prepared as a bed (recommended for children, dimensions 185 x 80 cm). We do not have extra rollaway beds.
Hotel & Booking Policies
Payments Policy
Special Periods (Christmas, Easter, Holidays, etc.)
- 50% deposit required at the time of booking.
- 100% balance must be paid 30 days before arrival.
High Season (July - August & December - April)
- 50% deposit required 15 days before arrival.
- The remaining balance is pending and paid at check-in.
Low Season (May - June & September - November)
- No deposit required. Full payment is due at the time of check-in.
Cancellation Policy
Special Periods (Christmas, Easter, Holidays, etc.)
- No refund, no credit. Deposit and final payment are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
- Any modification is considered a cancellation and new booking. All policy rules apply.
- It is not possible to pay the balance of an apartment using deposits from another cancelled apartment.
- Failure to pay the balance on the established date implies booking cancellation with no refund.
High Season (July - August & December - April)
- Cancellation 15 days or more before arrival: full refund, no charge.
- Cancellation less than 15 days before arrival: 2 nights penalty fee.
- Modification is treated as cancellation and new reservation.
Low Season (May - June & September - November)
- No cancellation fee. Cancel free of charge at any time.
Modifications & Early Departures
- Modifying a reservation is equivalent to canceling the old reservation (subject to penalty fees) and creating a new reservation under current policies.
- Early departure after check-in is considered as cancellation of unused nights, and all cancellation rules apply to those nights.
