Oceanfront Supplement: Oceanfront apartments have an additional supplement of US$ 35 per night.
Residences & Amenities: All apartments (except Studios) feature a private terrace with hammock, table, chairs and sofa, living room with fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioned bedroom(s), ceiling fans, chilled drinking water dispenser, cable TV, safe, telephone, and high-speed Wi-Fi with dedicated individual router. Studios (Type L) are located on the 4th floor, do not have a kitchen or living room, and feature a private balcony with chairs.
Note on our residences: Each of our 54 comfortable apartments features unique Caribbean-inspired decor, individualized layouts, and custom furnishings. Photographs are representative of each room category; specific interior arrangements, decor, and appliances (such as traditional oven vs. stovetop, exact balcony/terrace orientation, and styling) may vary slightly between units. Your reserved capacity, category view, and full access to all resort amenities and services are always strictly guaranteed.

Payments Policy
Special Periods (Christmas, Easter, Holidays)
- 50% deposit required at the time of booking.
- 100% full balance must be paid 30 days before arrival.
High Season (December - April)
- Full payment is due at check-in.
Low Season (May - November)
- Full payment is due at check-in.
Cancellation Policy
Special Periods (Christmas, Easter, Holidays)
- Always 100% penalty fee – strictly non-refundable and non-creditable.
- Any modification is considered a cancellation and new booking. All policy rules apply.
- It is not possible to pay the balance of an apartment using deposits from another cancelled apartment.
- Failure to pay the balance on the established date implies booking cancellation with no refund.
High Season (December - April)
- 15 days or more before arrival: No penalty fee.
- 14 days or less before arrival: 1 night penalty fee.
- Modification is treated as cancellation and new reservation under current policies.
Low Season (May - November)
- No penalty fee. Cancel free of charge at any time.
Modifications & Early Departures
- Modifying a reservation is equivalent to canceling the old reservation (subject to penalty fees) and creating a new reservation under current policies.
- Early departure after check-in is considered as cancellation of unused nights, and all cancellation rules apply to those nights.
