Reservations & Payments
To secure your booking at Hotel Alisei, deposit requirements and payment schedules vary depending on the
season:
Special Periods (Christmas, Easter, Long Weekends etc.)
- 50% deposit required at the moment of reservation.
- 100% full balance is due 30 days before arrival.
High Season (Dec - Apr + Jul - Aug)
- 50% Deposit is required 15 days before arrival (Minimum
1 night – Maximum 2 nights).
- If the reservation is guaranteed by an online credit
card, no charge will be done, but a penal fee will be charged in case of a late cancellation.
- The balance due is paid directly at check-in.
Low Season (May - Jun + Sep - Nov)
- Full payment is due directly at check-in.
