Our conference room of 103 square meters (m 17 x 6) is located on the second floor, has its own bathrooms and its use is multiple. It can be used as a meeting center, as a banquet hall and as a party room.

- Our apartments have different sizes, types of beds and capacity. It is important to analyze in detail how to accommodate people in each type of apartment.
- The rates depend on the type of apartment and NOT the number of people. Of course, it CAN NOT exceed the maximum capacity of each type of apartment.
- Most rooms are equipped with a king size bed.
- We have very little room availability with 2 separate beds and all of them in apartments with another double bedroom (type A).
- 18 apartments with 1 bedroom (1 king size bed): Use single or couple.
- 18 apartments with 2 bedrooms (1 king size bed + 2 twin beds): The members share the entrance and the living room / kitchen. Twin beds can be put together to form a king bed and the result is perfect. Possible different uses: 2 single, 2 couples, 1 single + 2 separate beds, 1 couple + 2 separate beds.
- 12 Villa type apartments with mezzanine (2 king size beds): The members share the entrance and the living room / kitchen. The apartment has 1 room + 1 mezzanine, the client located in the mezzanine has visual isolation but not acoustic. Possible different uses: 2 single, 2 couples.
- 1 HONEYMOON / VIP SUITE (1 king size bed): Our specially designed and decorated suite with wonderful oceanfront location is perfect for the bride and groom or the Tour Leader. We offer special conditions depending on the group agreement.
Whether hosted at the beachfront El Loro Restaurant, inside the Conference Room, or via our beach/sea garden catering service, we offer a varied menu and customizable setups:
- Be the El Loro Restaurant, Conference Room, Sea Restaurant, or catering service, we offer a varied menu and Buffet Lunch, coffee breaks for meetings, snacks and snacks or cocktails.
- The catering service is an additional cost to the menu (presented by person) depending on the location, the number of people, etc. or be made a specific request.
- 25% deposit at time of reservation: Required to confirm the conference room and lodging blocks.
- The deposit is not refundable in case of total cancellation of the group. Modifications of the reservation and partial cancellations are allowed.
